In the garage, I feel safe, no one cares about my ways

So this is a post about my room. I'm sorry. I know I should not waste your time, but to be a consistent blogger I assume I have to consistently blog.

I don't have the time to update lots, so I'm just going to put up little random posts.

That day on Facebook, I posted up a picture of me in the Switchfoot shirt Tim got me at their Melbourne show (thank you Tim, I love it so so much!).

And then I got a comment from this guy I used to go to primary school with, saying that,

"...the background looks like an office. Camwhoring at work?"

First of all, it looks like an office? I was like, "Dude, that's my room!"

So without further ado, welcome to my room. Or at least welcome to a picture of what my room looks like. That there behind my head is my wardrobe, where I keep all my clothes and stuff, plastered with random photos of me, my family and my friends and our endeavours, and cutouts from random magazines. I also call this my Giant Girl Crush shrine. Purple for effect. Pictures of girl crushes include Natalie Portman, Marion Cotillard, Zooey Deschanel, Emma Stone and Audrey Hepburn.

That guy who made that comment later made another stating that my Audrey Hepburn poster looked scary and that he wouldn't be able to sleep with her staring at him. The comment also implied that he had no idea who she was. Naturally, I was appalled.

So that was taken from one angle, let's have a look at what my room looks from the opposite angle.

Okay I'm sorry you can't see much, obviously when I took this picture my room wasn't the focus. I was just taking this picture to submit to HotChicksInBatmanShirts on Tumblr, but I guess I didn't make the cut. Oh well.

This was just the only picture I could get of my Nerd wall. And it's pretty good coverage since you can see most of the big players: my V for Vendetta poster, my Kick Ass poster, and my Dark Knight poster. This is what my wall currently looks like, as it's gone through a whole load of changes since I moved to Singapore and settled into my room for the first time. This wall is usually made of movie posters, some anime stuff and postcards I collect (I am an avid free postcard collector. I have over 100 cards, not including the ones on the wall, stashed in a box somewhere).

I also have a gigantic Paramore poster put up where you can't see, I bought it at their concert in Singapore earlier this year. I'm still pretty upset about them breaking up. If you didn't know about it earlier, here's a pie, congratulations for finally moving out of under that rock, and welcome to the neighborhood.
