If you could be a Superhero for a day, who would you be?

Hello.

Other than major hang-age with some awesome people, watching Tangled like three times, writing my third movie review and buying a new cardi, I've been pretty darn good. How are you guys?

So I told you guys I was gonna dress up for Halloween am I right?

In contrast to this post, with a picture in which I was dressed as Audrey Hepburn/Holly Golightly and Jacqkie was dressed as Lady GaGa, here's what we dressed up as for Halloween this year.

Along with the super-sexy Goth-girl Yuen, I was SuperGirl (the Linda Danvers version) and Jacqkie was Wonder Woman!

Jacqkie and I were keeping our costumes from each other the whole time before the party. We were so stoked when we found out we were both going as DC super heroines! Then Jacqkie said this:

"Are Wonder Woman and SuperGirl best friends?"

I love you too Jacqkie.

So Linda Danvers looks like this yeah?

What I did, was got a plain white T-shirt from Cotton On, cut off the sleeves and half of the bottom, and hemmed it as neatly as I could, and drew the Superman logo on it. How I did this was I broke the logo down in grids so I knew how much of what went where. Use a long ruler to help you.

I then broke out the fabric paints (and some leftover 3D-Liner I used to paint my Yoko boots) and started to color the logo and the hem of the bottom and sleeves of the shirt. Used a sharp tapered paintbrush for this.

Tada!! And then the cape! I just bought half a meter of red cloth and snipped it in half. :)

And I put on a red hairband and a black skirt and voila! Now you can be Super Girl too! I wanted to complete the costumes with the gloves and the red boots, but we were indoors and the gloves were making my hands sweat.

So if you could be a superhero for a day (and that day is Halloween), who would you be?
