This is possibly the most brilliant remixed video I've seen on Youtube so far. Saw this on the Tumblr's of Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Nathan Johnson, Jared Geller and Ryan Mackfall. If so many film guys like it, you know this shit's going to be good. What better way to show your love for film and filmography, your appreciation for what Hollywood served us this 2010, and your own film-making prowess, than by putting together a giant-ass video made up of clips from 270 films from the past year. I bring you Filmography 2010 by Genrocks.
This isn't just a collage of clips, this is a short-film by itself, about the different ideas, the different genres, the different kinds of movies of our generation. Smooth transitions, flow in between dialogue, video and audio harmony and ambience, everything in this video reminds me, just why I fucking love film.
And it also reminds me, I need to get Rooney's Eureka album.
